Anchor Whole Milk Powder is a full cream milk powder that dissolves instantly in cold water. Once reconstituted you can use Anchor Whole Milk Powder just as you would use fresh milk. Unreconstituted milk powder is a key ingredient in many bread maker recipes, and is often used in cake and biscuit recipes too.
