Arabian Dukkah - often called Za'artah - is made from organic sesame seeds and thyme, and the non-organic sumac - a lemony flavoured Arabian spice.
Try adding natural yoghurt to the dipping oil for a unique and tasty appetizer or use with pasta, roasted potatoes or sprinkle on fish or meats before grilling. Serving suggestions inside packet.
The quantities are small so that the Dukkah is used while at its freshest. It's small packaging also helps minimize waste.
