CATHEDRAL COVE MACADAMIAS
Avocado Macadamia Dip
INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 Tbsp Thai sweet chilli sauce
- 1 avocado stoned and skinned
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice Salt, pepper
- 1/3 cup chopped roasted macadamia nuts
METHOD
- Mash avocado, lemon juice and sour cream with a fork.
- Add chilli sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix in Macadamia nuts.
- Chill until ready to be served.
- Garnish with chilli flakes.
